Refund policy
Last updated 2026-10-15
This policy applies to a Premium subscription bought for Pathista. Premium is sold by Paddle as the merchant of record; the service is run by CLEVER SPARK SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (“Clever Spark”, “we”).
1. When you can get a refund
- Within 14 days of your first payment for a Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) you can ask for a full refund, without giving a reason.
- A renewal: if you were charged for a renewal and did not mean to continue, write to us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.
- A mistake on our side (a double charge, a charge after a cancellation, a failure that kept you from using Premium) is refunded in full.
- Outside these cases we look at each request and decide fairly; nothing here limits the rights you have by law.
2. How to ask
Write to support@pathista.com with the subject “Refund request” from the address of your Pathista account, and say which payment you mean. A person reads every message and sends a first reply within 2 working days. You can also call +48 693 964 543 or ask Paddle directly through the receipt it e-mailed you.
3. How a refund is paid
Paddle pays the refund back to the payment method you used, usually within a few working days of approval; how soon it shows up depends on your bank or card issuer. The tax that was charged on the payment is refunded with it.
4. Your right to withdraw (consumers in the EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, and in Poland the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights). The period runs from the day the contract is made.
Premium is a digital service that starts as soon as you pay. Before the payment window opens you tick a box in which you ask us to start it immediately and you acknowledge that, once it has been fully provided, you lose the right to withdraw; if you withdraw within the 14 days after it has started, you pay only for the part already provided, in proportion to the whole. To withdraw, send a clear statement to support@pathista.com; you may use any wording. When you withdraw, we also cancel your subscription at once, so that you are not charged again.
5. What happens to your plan after a refund
After a full refund your account moves to the free plan; a partial refund does not change your plan. Nothing is deleted: one workflow stays active, the others are frozen and come back as soon as you have Premium again. Your personal data export always works.
6. Paddle's terms
Purchases are made through Paddle, so Paddle's checkout buyer terms also apply, including its rules for refunds. Where they give you more than this policy, they apply.
