Your personal data export is never limited, on any plan. If a plan ends, nothing is deleted: one workflow stays active and the others are frozen until you have a plan again.

What does Premium add?

Free keeps 1 workflow of up to 7 steps; 2 runs open at the same time.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel at any time in the app (Account → Subscription), as easily as you subscribed. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep Premium until then and are not charged again.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly is 96 USD a year, which is 8 USD a month and 24 USD less than twelve monthly payments (12 × 10 = 120 USD). A subscription renews by itself every month or every year, whichever you chose, at the price shown when you bought it, until you cancel.
How is tax handled?
The price is shown on the pricing page in US dollars, net of tax; tax, where it applies, is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Premium is sold by Paddle as the merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment on our behalf, works out and collects VAT or sales tax and sends you the invoice.
What about refunds and the right to withdraw?
Within 14 days of your first payment for a Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) you can ask for a full refund, without giving a reason.
Premium is a digital service that starts as soon as you pay. Before the payment window opens you tick a box in which you ask us to start it immediately and you acknowledge that, once it has been fully provided, you lose the right to withdraw; if you withdraw within the 14 days after it has started, you pay only for the part already provided, in proportion to the whole. The whole policy is in the refund policy, and your right to withdraw has its own section.
Who takes the payment, and does Pathista store my card?
Premium is sold by Paddle as the merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment on our behalf, works out and collects VAT or sales tax and sends you the invoice. We never see or store your card or bank details, your billing address or your tax number: Paddle holds them.
Do I need a ChatGPT or Claude subscription?
Pathista is an MCP server: you add it once to an assistant that speaks MCP, such as ChatGPT or Claude. Which plans of those assistants let you add a connector is decided by those services, not by Pathista, so check there. Pathista itself works on the free plan.
