Page guide - Pathista help center
Updated
Every page, in groups
9 groupsEach group has its own page. For every page of the app you will find what it is for, what its sections show, what you can do on it, and a screenshot in light and dark mode.
Home and dashboard
4 pagesWhere you land: the public front page, the example replay, your dashboard and the guided start.
- Front page: The public front page. It explains what Pathista does and leads to creating an account, signing in, the demo and the templates. Once you are signed in, this address sends you on to your dashboard (or to the guided start until your first run is finished).
- Demo run: A scripted example run you can step through without an account. It shows how the graph moves, how todos close with evidence, how a move can be refused and how a run loops back.
- Dashboard: Your home once you are signed in. It shows what is running now, what needs your attention and what finished lately, and it refreshes by itself every few seconds.
- Guided start: A four-step walk from nothing to your first finished run: connect an assistant, get a workflow, start it in the chat and finish it. The page notices your progress by itself and moves on.
Workflows and the editor
2 pagesYour workflows: the list, creating one and the editor with its live graph.
- Workflow list: All your workflows, newest activity first, with their steps and runs. From here you create, import, export, open or delete a workflow.
- Workflow editor: Where you write a workflow as a form while a live graph redraws beside it. Every save is a new version; runs that already started keep the version they started on.
Runs
2 pagesStatistics
1 pageHow much of Pathista you used and which steps your assistant keeps to.
- Statistics: How much your assistants did in Pathista and where they get stopped. A step counts when the assistant closes it.
Templates
2 pagesReady-made workflows you can add as your own copy.
- Template gallery: Ready-made workflows you can look at without an account and add to your own as a copy.
- One template: A single template in full: its graph, who it is for and each step with its checklist.
Connect and allow access
2 pagesAdding Pathista to ChatGPT, Claude or Claude Code, and the screen that asks you to allow it.
- Connect: How to add Pathista to an assistant. It holds the server address and the steps for each assistant, and lists the apps you already connected.
- Allow access: The screen an assistant sends you to when it asks to use your account. You decide whether to allow it.
Account and sign-in
10 pagesSigning in, registering and everything you manage about your account.
- Sign in: Sign in with your email and password, or with a passkey.
- Create an account: Create your account with an email address and a password. A confirmation email follows.
- Confirmation, reset and sign-in problems: The short pages around signing in: after registering, from the links in your email, and when a sign-in needs another step or fails.
- Account: Your account at a glance: each setting as a row with its state and a button to change it. The list on the left leads to the same settings.
- Email and password: Change the address you sign in with, change or set your password and see which outside sign-in providers are linked.
- Two-factor authentication: Add a second step to signing in: a code from an authenticator app after your password.
- Passkeys: Sign in with your device's lock (fingerprint, face or PIN) instead of a password.
- Connected apps: The assistants you allowed to use Pathista for you, such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Your data: Download everything your account holds, or delete the account for good.
- Time zone: The time zone Pathista uses to show your days and times. It is only for display; what Pathista counts is kept in UTC.
Company
6 pagesSharing a workflow library with a team: the company's workflows and runs, and joining or inviting people.
- Company workflows: The company's shared library. Every member reads and runs these workflows; who may change one is set per workflow.
- Company workflow editor: The same editor as for a personal workflow, with an Access tab for who may change this workflow. Someone who may only run it sees it read-only.
- Company runs: Runs started on the company's workflows. You see your own; the Owners and Admins see everyone's, read-only.
- Company run page: One company run with the same panels as the run page. It is still its person's run: only they move it, and the Owners and Admins can read it but not change it.
- Company settings: Your company: its members and their roles, invitations, and leaving or closing it. The Owner runs the company; Admins help manage it; Members use the library.
- Join a company: Where the link in an invitation email leads. You accept the invitation and join with the role it names.
